# §300ee–4. Technical assistance


The [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c) of Health and Human [Services](/usc/42/201.md?p=a) shall provide technical assistance to public and [nonprofit](/usc/42/300s–3.md?p=3) private entities carrying out [programs](/usc/42/274l–1.md?p=4), [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2), and activities relating to acquired immune deficiency syndrome.
