# §300ee–22. Report by Secretary


The [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c) shall annually prepare a report on the activities of the [States](/usc/42/201.md?p=f) carried out pursuant to this part. Such report may include any recommendations of the [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c) for appropriate administrative and legislative initiatives. The report shall be submitted to the Congress through inclusion in the comprehensive report required in [section 300cc(a)](/usc/42/300cc.md)[^1] of this title.
