# §300b–16. Authorization of appropriations for newborn screening programs and activities


There are authorized to be appropriated—

- (1) to carry out sections [300b–8](/usc/42/300b–8.md), [300b–9](/usc/42/300b–9.md), [300b–10](/usc/42/300b–10.md), and [300b–11](/usc/42/300b–11.md) of this title, $11,900,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019; and
- (2) to carry out [section 300b–12 of this title](/usc/42/300b–12.md), $8,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019.
