# §298d. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** For the purpose of carrying out parts B, C, and D (subject to [section 297t(g) of this title](/usc/42/297t.md?p=g)), there are authorized to be appropriated $137,837,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
- (b) **Part E—** For the purpose of carrying out part E, there are authorized to be appropriated $117,135,000 for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2025.

2020—Pub. L. 116–136 designated existing provisions as subsec. (a) and inserted heading, substituted “$137,837,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025” for “$338,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2016”, and added subsec. (b).
