# §292w. Procedures for appeal of termination of agreements


In any case in which the [Secretary](/usc/42/292o.md?p=6) intends to terminate an agreement with a [school](/usc/42/300j–21.md?p=6) under this subpart, the [Secretary](/usc/42/292o.md?p=6) shall provide the [school](/usc/42/300j–21.md?p=6) with a written notice specifying such intention and stating that the [school](/usc/42/300j–21.md?p=6) may request a formal hearing with respect to such termination. If the [school](/usc/42/300j–21.md?p=6) requests such a hearing within 30 days after the receipt of such notice, the [Secretary](/usc/42/292o.md?p=6) shall provide such [school](/usc/42/300j–21.md?p=6) with a hearing conducted by an administrative law judge.
