# §273b. Report on the long-term health effects of living organ donation


Not later than 1 year after December 21, 2007, and annually thereafter, the [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c) of Health and Human [Services](/usc/42/201.md?p=a) shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report that details the progress made towards understanding the long-term health effects of living [organ](/usc/42/274i–4.md?p=1) donation.
