# §2653. Limitation or repeal of other provisions for recovery of hospital and medical care costs


This chapter does not limit or repeal any other provision of law providing for recovery by the United States of the costs of care and [treatment](/usc/42/11851.md?p=11) described in [section 2651 of this title](/usc/42/2651.md).
