# §254c–11. Technical assistance


The [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c) may provide technical assistance to assist entities in complying with the requirements of sections [254c–9](/usc/42/254c–9.md) to [254c–13](/usc/42/254c–13.md) of this title in order to make such entities eligible to receive grants under [section 254c–9 of this title](/usc/42/254c–9.md).
