# §242q–2. Administrative staff and support


The [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c), acting through either the Assistant [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c) for Health or the [Director](/usc/42/11851.md?p=5) of the National Institute on Aging, shall appoint an Executive [Secretary](/usc/42/201.md?p=c) for the [Task Force](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=3) and shall provide the [Task Force](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=3) with such administrative staff and support as may be necessary to enable the [Task Force](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=3) to carry out subsections (b) and (c) of [section 242q of this title](/usc/42/242q.md).
