# §2382. Transfer of municipal installations


The [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a) is authorized to transfer to one or more of the entities specified in this subchapter such [municipal installations](/usc/42/2304.md?p=f) as in the judgment of the [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a), will be appropriate to enable the transferees to meet the needs of the [residents](/usc/42/2304.md?p=k) of the [community](/usc/42/2304.md?p=b) for adequate school, [hospital](/usc/42/300s–3.md?p=1), and other municipal services.
