# §2341. Applicability of subchapter


The provisions of this subchapter shall be made applicable at each [community](/usc/42/2304.md?p=b) as soon as the [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a) makes a finding in writing that there is a reasonable possibility that the Government-owned real property at such [community](/usc/42/2304.md?p=b) can be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
