# §2321. Lots; establishment of boundaries


The [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a) is authorized to plat each [community](/usc/42/2304.md?p=b) immediately upon passage of this chapter, or immediately upon the inclusion of the [community](/usc/42/2304.md?p=b) within the provisions of this chapter. The [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a) may establish lot boundaries, and realine, divide, or enlarge existing tracts as it deems appropriate.
