# §2313. Transfer of functions


The President is authorized to delegate the duties and responsibilities placed on the [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a) by this chapter to such other [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) of the United States Government as are reasonably qualified to perform those duties and responsibilities. The President may delegate any or all of the duties and responsibilities of the [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a) in the operation of the [communities](/usc/42/2304.md?p=b) to such other [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) of the United States Government that are reasonably qualified to perform those duties and responsibilities. The [Commission](/usc/42/2304.md?p=a) shall retain no financing duties and responsibilities.
