# §2297h–4. Transfers to private corporation


Concurrent with [privatization](/usc/42/2297h.md?p=8), the [Corporation](/usc/42/2296b–7.md?p=1) shall transfer to the [private corporation](/usc/42/2297h.md?p=7)—

- (1) the lease of the [gaseous diffusion plants](/usc/42/2297h.md?p=3) in accordance with [section 2297h–5 of this title](/usc/42/2297h–5.md),
- (2) all personal property and inventories of the [Corporation](/usc/42/2296b–7.md?p=1),
- (3) all contracts, agreements, and leases under [section 2297h–6(a) of this title](/usc/42/2297h–6.md?p=a),
- (4) the [Corporation](/usc/42/2296b–7.md?p=1)’s right to purchase power from the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) under [section 2297h–6(b) of this title](/usc/42/2297h–6.md?p=b),
- (5) such funds in accounts of the [Corporation](/usc/42/2296b–7.md?p=1) held by the Treasury or on deposit with any bank or other financial institution as approved by the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) of the Treasury, and
- (6) all of the [Corporation](/usc/42/2296b–7.md?p=1)’s records, including all of the papers and other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received by the [Corporation](/usc/42/2296b–7.md?p=1).
