# §2297g–4. Reports to Congress


Within 3 years after October 24, 1992, and at least once every 3 years thereafter, the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) shall report to the Congress on progress under this subchapter. The 5th report submitted under this section shall contain recommendations of the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) for the reauthorization of the program and Fund under this division.
