# §2297f–2. Regulation of Restricted Data


The [Corporation](/usc/42/2296b–7.md?p=1) shall be subject to this chapter with respect to the use of, or access to, [Restricted Data](/usc/42/2014.md?p=y) to the same extent as any [private corporation](/usc/42/2297h.md?p=7).
