# §2209. Subsidies


No funds of the [Commission](/usc/42/2014.md?p=f) shall be employed in the [construction](/usc/42/300s–3.md?p=7) or operation of facilities licensed under section [2133](/usc/42/2133.md) or [2134](/usc/42/2134.md) of this title except under contract or other arrangement entered into pursuant to [section 2051 of this title](/usc/42/2051.md).
