# §2154. International atomic pool


The President is authorized to enter into an [international arrangement](/usc/42/2014.md?p=n) with a group of nations providing for international cooperation in the nonmilitary applications of [atomic energy](/usc/42/2014.md?p=c) and he may thereafter cooperate with that group of nations pursuant to sections [2074(a)](/usc/42/2074.md?p=a), [2077](/usc/42/2077.md), [2094](/usc/42/2094.md), [2112](/usc/42/2112.md), [2133](/usc/42/2133.md), [2134](/usc/42/2134.md), or [2164(a)](/usc/42/2164.md?p=a) of this title: Provided, however, That the cooperation is undertaken pursuant to an [agreement for cooperation](/usc/42/2014.md?p=b) entered into in accordance with [section 2153 of this title](/usc/42/2153.md).
