# §2000gg–6. Severability


If any provision of this chapter or the application of that provision to particular [persons](/usc/42/2000gg.md?p=5) or circumstances is held invalid or found to be unconstitutional, the remainder of this chapter and the application of that provision to other [persons](/usc/42/2000gg.md?p=5) or circumstances shall not be affected.
