# §1962d–3. Utilization of personnel


The Council may, with the consent of the head of any other department or [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) of the United States, utilize such officers and employees of such [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) on a reimbursable basis as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
