# §1962d–10. Cooperation with agencies on Delmarva Peninsula study


In carrying out the study and investigation authorized by sections [1962d–7](/usc/42/1962d–7.md) to [1962d–11](/usc/42/1962d–11.md) of this title, the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) is authorized to cooperate with other Federal, [State](/usc/42/2021b.md?p=14), and local [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) now engaged in comprehensive planning for water resource use and development in the Delmarva Peninsula area by making available to those [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) his findings and to cooperate with those [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) in the Northeastern United States Water Supply Study as authorized by [section 1962d–4 of this title](/usc/42/1962d–4.md).
