# §17351. Definitions


In this part:

- (1) **Board—** The term “Board” means the Board of [Directors](/usc/42/11851.md?p=5) of the [Foundation](#3) established pursuant to [section 17352(c) of this title](/usc/42/17352.md?p=c).
- (2) **Chief Executive Officer—** The term “Chief Executive Officer” means the chief executive officer of the [Foundation](#3) appointed pursuant to [section 17352(b) of this title](/usc/42/17352.md?p=b).
- (3) **Foundation—** The term “Foundation” means the International Clean Energy Foundation established by [section 17352(a) of this title](/usc/42/17352.md?p=a).
