# §17002. Relationship to other law


Except to the extent expressly provided in this Act or an amendment made by this Act, nothing in this Act or an amendment made by this Act supersedes, limits the authority provided or responsibility conferred by, or authorizes any [violation](/usc/42/2000e–16a.md?p=c) of any provision of law (including a regulation), including any energy or environmental law or regulation.
