# §16461. Transfer of resources


All books and records that relate primarily to the functions transferred to the [Commission](/usc/42/16451.md?p=3) under this part shall be transferred from the Securities and Exchange [Commission](/usc/42/16451.md?p=3) to the [Commission](/usc/42/16451.md?p=3).
