# §16377. Regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/42/15801.md?p=4) may promulgate such regulations as the [Secretary](/usc/42/15801.md?p=4) determines to be appropriate to carry out the [CIFIA program](/usc/42/16371.md?p=1).
