# §16322. Office of Scientific and Technical Information


The [Secretary](/usc/42/15801.md?p=4), through the Office of Scientific and Technical Information, shall maintain within the [Department](/usc/42/15801.md?p=1) publicly available collections of scientific and technical information resulting from research, development, demonstration, and commercial applications activities supported by the [Department](/usc/42/15801.md?p=1).
