# §16137. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2012 through 2024, to remain available until expended.
- (b) **Management and oversight—** The [Administrator](/usc/42/15951.md?p=b-1) may use not more than 1 percent of the amounts made available under [subsection (a)](#a) for each fiscal year for management and oversight purposes.
