# §15112. Definitions


In this subchapter:

- (1) **Developmental disability—** The term “developmental disability” has the meaning given the term in [section 15002 of this title](/usc/42/15002.md).
- (2) **Institution of higher education—** The term “institution of higher education” has the meaning given the term in section 1141[^1] of title 20.
- (3) **Secretary—** The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
