# §15096. Authorized activities

- (a) **In general—** A [State](/usc/42/15092.md?p=a-5) that receives a grant under [section 15093 of this title](/usc/42/15093.md) shall use the funds made available through the grant to carry out [systems change activities](/usc/42/15092.md?p=a-6) that accomplish the purposes of this subchapter.
- (b) **Special rule—** In carrying out activities authorized under this subchapter, a [State](/usc/42/15092.md?p=a-5) shall ensure that such activities address the needs of [families](/usc/42/15092.md?p=a-2-A) of children with disabilities from unserved or underserved populations.
