# §15008. Construction


Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to preclude an entity funded under this subchapter from engaging in advocacy, capacity building, and systemic change activities for individuals with [developmental disabilities](/usc/42/15002.md?p=8-A) that may also have a positive impact on individuals with other disabilities.
