# §14303. Information dissemination


The [Administrator](/usc/42/14302.md?p=1) shall, in consultation with representatives of [rechargeable battery](/usc/42/14302.md?p=5) manufacturers, [rechargeable consumer product](/usc/42/14302.md?p=6) manufacturers, and retailers, establish a program to provide information to the public concerning the proper handling and [disposal](/usc/42/2021b.md?p=7) of used [regulated batteries](/usc/42/14302.md?p=7) and [rechargeable consumer products](/usc/42/14302.md?p=6) with nonremovable batteries.
