# §1397n–7. Limitation on use of funds


Of the amounts made available to carry out this division, the [Secretary](/usc/42/1301.md?p=a-6) may not use more than $2,000,000 in any [fiscal year](/usc/42/619.md?p=3) to support the review, approval, and oversight of [social impact partnership projects](/usc/42/1397n–12.md?p=4), [including](/usc/42/1301.md?p=b) activities conducted by—

- (1) the Federal Interagency Council on [Social](/usc/42/1397j.md?p=20) Impact Partnerships; and
- (2) any other [agency](/usc/42/1397n–12.md?p=1) consulted by the [Secretary](/usc/42/1301.md?p=a-6) before approving a [social impact partnership project](/usc/42/1397n–12.md?p=4) or a feasibility study under [section 1397n–3 of this title](/usc/42/1397n–3.md).
