# §1397k–3. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subpart—

- (1) for [fiscal year](/usc/42/619.md?p=3) 2011, $6,500,000; and
- (2) for each of [fiscal years](/usc/42/619.md?p=3) 2012 through 2014, $7,000,000.
