# §13370. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) for carrying out this part, other than [section 13362](/usc/42/13362.md)[^1] of this title, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1993 through 1998.
