# §13296. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) for purposes of this part $40,000,000 for the 5-year period beginning with the first full fiscal year after October 24, 1992, to remain available until expended.
