# §13261. Prohibited acts


It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of section [13251](/usc/42/13251.md), [13253(b)](/usc/42/13253.md?p=b), [13257](/usc/42/13257.md), or [13263a](/usc/42/13263a.md) of this title, or any regulation issued under such sections.
