# §13109. Authorization of appropriations


There is authorized to be appropriated to the [Administrator](/usc/42/13102.md?p=1) $8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1991, 1992, and 1993 for functions carried out under this chapter (other than [State](/usc/42/2021b.md?p=14) Grants),[^1] and $8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1991, 1992, and 1993, for grant programs to [States](/usc/42/2021b.md?p=14) issued pursuant to [section 13104 of this title](/usc/42/13104.md).
