# §12911. Report


Any organization or [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) that receives a grant under this chapter shall submit to the [Secretary](/usc/42/12902.md?p=8), for any fiscal year in which the organization or [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) receives a grant under this chapter, a report describing the use of the amounts received, which shall include the number of individuals assisted, the types of assistance provided, and any other information that the [Secretary](/usc/42/12902.md?p=8) determines to be appropriate.
