# §12834. Uniform recordkeeping and reports to Congress

- (a) **Uniform requirements—** The [Secretary](/usc/42/12704.md?p=16) shall develop and establish uniform recordkeeping, performance reporting, and auditing requirements for use by [participating jurisdictions](/usc/42/12704.md?p=4).
