Joint programs - (a) **Development—** The [Corporation](/usc/42/2297h.md?p=2) may develop, in cooperation with the heads of other Federal [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1), regulations designed to permit, where appropriate, joint [programs](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) in which activities supported with assistance made available under this division are coordinated with activities supported with assistance made available under [programs](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) administered by the heads of such [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) (including title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act [[29 U.S.C. 3111](/usc/29/3111.md) et seq.]). - (b) **Standards—** Regulations promulgated under [subsection (a)](#a) shall establish standards for the approval of joint [programs](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) that meet both the purposes of this subchapter and the purposes of such statutes under which assistance is made available to support such [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2). - (c) **Operation of management agreements—** [Program](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) may enter into contracts and other appropriate arrangements with local government [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) and [nonprofit](/usc/42/300s–3.md?p=3) organizations for the operation or management of any [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2) or facilities under the [program](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8). - (d) **Coordination—** The [Corporation](/usc/42/2297h.md?p=2) and [program](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) carrying out [programs](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) under this division shall coordinate the [programs](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) with related Federal, [State](/usc/42/12522.md?p=1), local, and private activities. ## Source credit (Pub.
