# §12655d. Related programs


An activity administered under the authority of the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) of Health and Human Services, that is operated for the same purpose as a [program](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) eligible to be carried out under this division, is encouraged to use services available under this division.
