# §12644. Drug-free workplace requirements


All [programs](/usc/42/12626.md?p=8) receiving grants under this subchapter shall be subject to the [Drug](/usc/42/11851.md?p=4)-Free Workplace Requirements for Federal Grant Recipients under sections 8101 and 8103 to 8106 of title 41.
