# §12334. Administration

- (a) **In general—** The [Commissioner](/usc/42/12302.md?p=1) shall administer programs under this part through the Administration on Children, Youth, and Families.
- (b) **Technical assistance—** In carrying out this part, the [Commissioner](/usc/42/12302.md?p=1) may request the technical assistance and cooperation of the [Secretary](/usc/42/12302.md?p=4) of Education, the [Secretary](/usc/42/12302.md?p=4) of Labor, the Attorney General, the [Secretary](/usc/42/12302.md?p=4) of Housing and Urban Development, the [Secretary](/usc/42/12302.md?p=4) of Transportation, the [Director](/usc/42/11851.md?p=5) of the Office of Community Services, and such other [agencies](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1) and departments of the Federal Government as may be appropriate.
