# §12189. Examinations and courses


Any [person](/usc/42/12111.md?p=7) that offers examinations or courses related to applications, licensing, certification, or credentialing for secondary or postsecondary education, professional, or trade purposes shall offer such examinations or courses in a place and manner accessible to [persons](/usc/42/12111.md?p=7) with [disabilities](/usc/42/12102.md?p=1) or offer alternative accessible arrangements for such individuals.
