# §12133. Enforcement


The remedies, procedures, and rights set forth in [section 794a of title 29](/usc/29/794a.md) shall be the remedies, procedures, and rights this subchapter provides to any [person](/usc/42/12111.md?p=7) alleging discrimination on the basis of [disability](/usc/42/12102.md?p=1) in [violation](/usc/42/2000e–16a.md?p=c) of [section 12132 of this title](/usc/42/12132.md).
