# §12132. Discrimination


Subject to the provisions of this subchapter, no [qualified individual with a disability](/usc/42/12131.md?p=2) shall, by reason of such [disability](/usc/42/12102.md?p=1), be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of the services, programs, or activities of a [public entity](/usc/42/12131.md?p=1), or be subjected to discrimination by any such entity.
