# §11806. Annual report


Not later than 180 days after the end of each fiscal year, the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) shall submit, to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate, a report describing—

- (1) the types of [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2) and activities for which grants and contracts were made under this subchapter for such fiscal year,
- (2) the number and characteristics of the youth and families served by such [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2) and activities, and
- (3) each of such [projects](/usc/42/13641.md?p=2) and activities the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) considers to be exemplary.
