# §11378. Administrative costs


A [recipient](/usc/42/11371.md?p=6) may use up to 7.5 percent of any annual grant received under this part for administrative purposes. A [recipient](/usc/42/11371.md?p=6) [State](/usc/42/11371.md?p=8) shall share the amount available for administrative purposes pursuant to the preceding sentence with [local governments](/usc/42/11371.md?p=1) funded by the [State](/usc/42/11371.md?p=8).
