# §11317. Definitions


For purposes of this subchapter:

- (1) The term “Council” means the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness established in [section 11311 of this title](/usc/42/11311.md).
- (2) The term “Federal agency” has the meaning given the term “agency” in [section 551(1) of title 5](/usc/5/551.md?p=1).
