# §11114. Guidelines of Secretary


The [Secretary](/usc/42/11151.md?p=12) may establish, after notice and opportunity for comment, such voluntary guidelines as may assist the [professional review bodies](/usc/42/11151.md?p=11) in meeting the standards described in [section 11112(a) of this title](/usc/42/11112.md?p=a).
